TEAMBSR SIGNALS NEXT BIG MOVE: LAYING THE GROUNDWORK FOR UCI TRACK TRADE TEAM

East Greenville, PA – July 15, 2025 — After a season marked by international podiums, standout performances across the American track calendar, and the continued rise of its development pipeline, TEAMBSR is now hinting at its most ambitious move yet: the establishment of a UCI Track Trade Team.

The team, known for blending elite-level racing with community-centered values and mental health advocacy, has been steadily building the foundation necessary to enter the highest levels of track cycling. With a growing roster of nationally ranked juniors, Pan American hopefuls, and seasoned elite riders, TEAMBSR has not only put itself on the map—it’s redefining what a North American development program can be.

“We’ve always believed in building something bigger than just a race team,” said Ethan Hendricks, CEO and Team Director of TEAMBSR. “As we continue to expand internationally and offer real, structured support to riders from youth to pro, a UCI Track Trade Team is the next logical step.”

While official registration hasn’t yet been announced, internal sources confirm that discussions with potential sponsors and governing bodies are already underway. The team has been quietly aligning with brands, increasing its international racing calendar, and investing in athlete development resources—all key signals of an imminent application.

TEAMBSR's potential entry into the UCI track world would make it one of the few U.S.-based programs competing under the Track Trade Team designation, allowing it to race at UCI Class 1 events worldwide while giving its athletes greater access to Olympic qualification opportunities.

The move would also further differentiate TEAMBSR from traditional domestic programs. Unlike many elite teams that focus solely on results, TEAMBSR has prioritized mentorship, accessibility, and long-term athlete development. Its blend of grassroots energy and professional structure has attracted talent from around the world—and it’s clear that momentum is only growing.

As Hendricks notes, “We’re not just creating a team. We’re creating a platform. This next chapter is about making sure our riders have the tools to compete at the highest level—and that the next generation sees exactly what’s possible.”

For now, the cycling world watches and waits. But if history is any indication, TEAMBSR won’t be waiting long.
