TEAMBSR IS A 501(c)(3) NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATION

TEAMBSR exists to empower athletes and communities through the power of sport, promoting mental wellness, inclusivity, and opportunity. We are committed to shifting the focus from reaction to prevention by creating pathways in cycling that foster connection, resilience, and purpose, both on and off the bike.

As part of our ongoing commitment to mental health awareness, every TEAMBSR garment or printed material must include a green ribbon—the international symbol for mental health. This simple rule represents our mission to break stigmas, support well-being, and lead with purpose both on and off the bike.

TEAM HISTORY

2023 - Born in the basement of a bike shop, built for more.

The mission of Bike & Sol: In a world where physical and mental health is declining, science has proven that riding a bicycle increases your physical and psychological health. Bike & Sol strives to keep people enjoying their rides. Our non-profit community bicycle shop handles traditional and electric bicycles with sales, service, parts and accessories. Our academy trains students how to fix bikes and increase their workforce development. We engage our community by getting bicycles to those in need and ensuring people get connected through riding. Bike & Sol Racing was created to bring Bike & Sol’s mission into competitive cycling—helping new riders learn the sport and showing how cycling can boost both fitness and happiness.
2024 -The Spark That Started the Climb

2024 was the turning point. We realized Bike & Sol Racing had grown into something unique, and rebranded as TEAMBSR Trade Team with a bold new goal: to build America’s next premier cycling team. With 50 riders, key partnerships, and a mission centered on performance and mental health, TEAMBSR began its rise.
2025 - Laying the Foundation for Global Impact

In 2025, TEAMBSR made its international debut at a UCI Class 2 track race in Quebec, marking a major step forward. Our riders quickly earned podiums at both national and international levels, including Liam Trepte’s Scratch Race national title for Trinidad & Tobago. That year, we also launched our full Next Gen team structure to develop rising talent and established a board of directors to support our long-term vision. It was a year of growth, recognition, and laying the groundwork for the future.
