East Coast Riders Turn Up the Heat as Race Season Approaches
“This is the time where all the off-season work comes together,” says CEO, Ethan Hendricks. “You can feel the shift—everyone’s locked in, hungry, and ready to get after it.”
Indoor trainer sessions, group rides, and race-simulation workouts have become the norm, with athletes balancing volume and recovery to peak just in time. TEAMBSR riders are also zeroing in on nutrition, mobility, and mental preparation, knowing that success in the opening races often sets the tone for the rest of the season.
For many, the upcoming races mark more than just competition—they’re a chance to prove themselves, represent TEAMBSR, and build momentum. From local crits to national stage races, East Coast riders are aiming high.
“There's a fire in the group this year,” Hendricks said. “We’re not just showing up to race—we're showing up to win.”
Stay tuned as race results start rolling in and the East Coast scene heats up. One thing is for sure: this season is going to be fast.
