BOARD CHAIR, co-founder

Ethan Hendricks is the visionary behind TEAMBSR, serving as the organization's Board Chair and driving force. As a former elite cyclist and passionate advocate for mental health, Ethan founded TEAMBSR to break down barriers in sport and create a platform where purpose and performance go hand-in-hand.

Under his leadership, TEAMBSR has evolved from a grassroots initiative into an international nonprofit cycling program that competes across North America and the Caribbean. Ethan brings deep expertise in athlete development, nonprofit strategy, and brand building—guiding the team’s growth while centering its mission to support mental health awareness and accessibility in sport.

With a unique blend of lived experience as a competitive athlete, fitness professional, and mental health advocate, Ethan ensures TEAMBSR stays grounded in its core values: resilience, inclusivity, and impact. He also oversees long-term strategy, sponsorship development, and youth programming, ensuring every rider not only races, but grows.

scott roth

vice CHAIR, co-founder

Scott Roth is a community builder, youth mentor, and cycling advocate whose leadership bridges the worlds of sport, service, and social impact. As Vice Chair of TEAMBSR, Scott brings a deep commitment to inclusivity, mental wellness, and grassroots development—values that align seamlessly with the team's mission.

Scott is also the founder and director of Bike & Sol, a nonprofit bicycle shop and youth training program in East Greenville, Pennsylvania. Originally launched as an “earn-a-bike” initiative, Bike & Sol has grown into a full-service community hub that teaches job skills, mechanical training, and life mentorship through the lens of cycling. Under Scott’s leadership, the program has empowered hundreds of young people, offering them both mobility and purpose.

In addition to his work with Bike & Sol, Scott serves as a pastor at Line Lexington Mennonite Church, where he continues to foster community engagement and spiritual growth.

At TEAMBSR, Scott serves as Vice Chair, community director, and novice team captain, helping to shape the organization's culture and development pipeline.

Scott’s passion for cycling is matched by his dedication to community service. He believes that bicycles are more than just a mode of transport—they are tools for transformation, connection, and healing. Whether guiding a new rider through their first race or mentoring a teen in the shop, Scott brings heart, humility, and hands-on leadership to every role he holds

Dave Underhill brings a deep-rooted passion for cycling and community development to his role as Board Secretary at TEAMBSR. With years of experience running youth and community engagement programs at the Valley Preferred Cycling Center, Dave has played a pivotal role in introducing countless young athletes to the sport and fostering an inclusive, supportive environment for growth.

In addition to his work at the velodrome, Dave is a certified USA Cycling official, contributing to the sport through leadership, fairness, and a dedication to athlete development. His organizational insight and commitment to cycling advocacy make him a valuable asset to TEAMBSR’s mission of building opportunity, access, and mental health awareness through sport.

MATT KUZZMISSION

ADVISOR

Matthew Kuzzmission combines a deep understanding of healthcare systems with a passion for community impact. He serves as the Director of Epic Patient Access Applications at Lehigh Valley Health Network, where he leads strategic efforts to improve how patients access care. He also serves as Associate Director of Bike & Sol, TEAMBSR’s founding community bike shop, where he helps drive youth programming, operational growth, and local engagement. With a unique blend of tech leadership and grassroots experience, Matthew plays a key role in shaping TEAMBSR’s long-term vision, using sport as a platform for wellness, equity, and resilience.

SAM REICHLEY

ATHLETE ADVISOR

Sam Reichley serves as TEAMBSR’s Athlete Advisor, bringing a unique perspective as both a dedicated racer and team leader. As an active member of the squad, Sam plays a key role in bridging the gap between athletes and leadership—advocating for rider needs, fostering team culture, and helping shape policies that put athlete well-being first.

With a deep understanding of the demands of competitive cycling and a strong commitment to mental health and personal growth, Sam ensures that TEAMBSR remains grounded in its mission to support athletes on and off the bike.
