TEAM HISTORY
2023 - FROM BASEMENT TO STARTLINE
TEAMBSR began in the basement of Bike & Sol, a nonprofit bike shop using bikes to boost physical and mental health. What started with fixing flats and mentoring youth quickly turned into something bigger: a racing team rooted in purpose, community, and the belief that cycling can change lives.
2024 - THE SPARK
In 2024, we rebranded as the TEAMBSR Mustangs with a bold goal: build America’s next premier cycling team. With 50 riders, new partnerships, and a focus on performance and mental wellness, we began our climb.
2025 - GLOBAL BREAKTHROUGH
2025 marked our international debut and our first national champion. We launched our full NEXTGEN development structure, expanded to the UCI level, and formed a dedicated Board of Directors to guide our future. The mission stayed the same. The impact went global.
