TEAMBSR is proud to announce Dr. Neal Stansbury as our new Team Doctor. A renowned orthopedic surgeon and sports medicine specialist, Dr. Stansbury brings decades of experience treating elite athletes across a wide range of disciplines—including professional cycling.

Currently serving as the Chairman of the Department of Orthopedic Surgery and Sports Medicine at Lehigh Valley Orthopedic Institute, Dr. Stansbury has worked with Olympians, professional sports teams, and high-performance development programs. His clinical precision, deep understanding of athlete care, and commitment to injury prevention will be instrumental as TEAMBSR continues to grow on the national and international stage.

In addition to his medical leadership, Dr. Stansbury is a respected figure in the Lehigh Valley cycling community. His passion for the sport and belief in its power to build resilience align perfectly with TEAMBSR’s mission to promote mental wellness, inclusivity, and performance at the highest levels.
