TEAMBSR Executive Staff

The Chief of Logistics plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of TEAMBSR’s racing, training, and event activities. As a key member of the Board of Directors, this role is responsible for coordinating travel, equipment, scheduling, and operational support to keep the team functioning at a high level on and off the bike.

*Must be 18+

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and coordinate travel logistics for races, training camps, and events—including transportation, lodging, and meals.

  • Manage the inventory, transportation, and maintenance of team equipment and supplies.

  • Create and maintain seasonal logistics calendars to ensure timely communication and smooth execution of team activities.

  • Serve as the point of contact for venue coordination, registration, and operational requirements for races and camps.

  • Work closely with coaching staff, riders, and other board members to anticipate needs and resolve logistical challenges.

  • Support budget development related to travel and equipment; work collaboratively with the Treasurer to ensure cost-effective planning.

  • Assist with emergency contingency planning and on-the-ground troubleshooting during events.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Background in operations, logistics, event planning, or project management.

  • Experience coordinating travel, managing schedules, or handling team/event logistics.

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, solve problems quickly, and stay calm under pressure.

  • Passionate about TEAMBSR’s mission and committed to supporting athlete development.

  • Strong communicator and team player who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
