The Treasurer plays a vital role in overseeing the financial health and sustainability of TEAMBSR. As a key member of the Board of Directors, the Treasurer is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring the team operates within its financial means to achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee the financial operations of TEAMBSR, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial reports, and projections to guide decision-making.
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax requirements, and nonprofit financial best practices.
Work closely with the Board to align financial strategies with the team’s mission and long-term goals.
Oversee sponsorship funds, grants, and fundraising efforts to maintain financial stability and growth.
Maintain accurate financial records and present regular financial updates to the Board.
Collaborate with other board members to enhance financial sustainability and support team initiatives.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Background in finance, accounting, or business management.
Experience managing budgets, financial planning, or nonprofit financial operations.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Passionate about TEAMBSR’s mission and committed to athlete development and team growth.
Effective communicator with the ability to present financial insights to the Board and stakeholders.
