The Treasurer plays a vital role in overseeing the financial health and sustainability of TEAMBSR. As a key member of the Board of Directors, the Treasurer is responsible for financial planning, budgeting, and ensuring the team operates within its financial means to achieve long-term success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the financial operations of TEAMBSR, ensuring transparency and accountability.

  • Develop and monitor annual budgets, financial reports, and projections to guide decision-making.

  • Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, tax requirements, and nonprofit financial best practices.

  • Work closely with the Board to align financial strategies with the team’s mission and long-term goals.

  • Oversee sponsorship funds, grants, and fundraising efforts to maintain financial stability and growth.

  • Maintain accurate financial records and present regular financial updates to the Board.

  • Collaborate with other board members to enhance financial sustainability and support team initiatives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Background in finance, accounting, or business management.
