This past Friday, the Valley Preferred Cycling Center came alive for another edition of Friday Nights Under the Lights, featuring the highly anticipated Keirin Cup. TEAMBSR riders delivered strong performances across both junior and pro categories, showcasing speed, strategy, and depth of talent.
In the Junior Men’s International Tempo, Joshua Frederick led the charge with a commanding 1st place finish, followed closely by Elijah James in 2nd and Chris Bittner with a solid showing. The same trio carried their momentum into the Junior Men’s Scratch Race, where Frederick once again took 1st, James secured 2nd, and Bittner finished 4th.
The junior squad continued their dominance in the Point-a-Lap event, with Frederick claiming yet another 1st place, James earning 2nd, and Bittner taking 4th.
On the pro side, Liam Trepte proved his consistency against a stacked field. He earned 3rd place in the Supersprint Elimination, along with 4th in the Scratch Race, and 5th in both the Points Race and the marquee Keirin event.
With multiple podiums and strong finishes across the board, TEAMBSR continues to make its mark on the summer track season. The team now looks ahead to next week’s racing as the battle for Rider of the Year points intensifies.
