Highlights from TEAMBSR’s 2025 Junior Track Nationals Journey

TEAMBSR’s rising stars made their mark at the 2025 USA Cycling Junior Track National Championships, showcasing grit, determination, and a glimpse into the future of American cycling.

Eliana Mumaw, racing in the 11-12 Girls category, delivered a breakout performance with a 4th place podium in the Points Race and an impressive 5th place podium in the Scratch Race. She closed out her weekend with a hard-fought 6th place in the Omnium, proving she’s a name to watch in the coming years.

Her brother, Ezra Mumaw, also rose to the occasion in the fiercely competitive 13-14 Boys field. Ezra powered to a 5th place podium finish in the Scratch Race, gained valuable experience, and wrapped up 7th in the Omnium standings. He also teamed up with Desmond Mawhinney and Lila Salman (Star Track) to earn a 4th place finish in the U15 Team Sprint, highlighting his growing versatility on the boards.

On the Elite Men’s side, Marcus Kennedy added to TEAMBSR’s medal count, earning a Bronze Medal in the Men’s Team Pursuit alongside Louis Bonilla (Team iCademy), Troy Sanders (Edge Cycling), and Michael Perez (Team iCademy). The quartet’s podium finish marked an important milestone in Marcus’ continued development as a future elite contender.

TEAMBSR is proud of every rider who competed with heart, resilience, and professionalism. Every lap, every race, and every podium is a step toward our greater mission — shaping the next generation of athletes and ambassadors for the sport.

The momentum doesn’t stop here. Stay tuned as TEAMBSR continues to raise the bar throughout the rest of the season.
