The Start of Bike & Sol Racing:
The mission of Bike & Sol: In a world where physical and mental health is declining, science has proven that riding a bicycle increases your physical and psychological health. Bike & Sol strives to keep people enjoying their rides. Our non-profit community bicycle shop handles traditional and electric bicycles with sales, service, parts and accessories. Our academy trains students how to fix bikes and increase their workforce development. We engage our community by getting bicycles to those in need and ensuring people get connected through riding. Enjoy the ride of your life!
Bike & Sol Racing was created to bring Bike & Sol's mission into competitive cycling, helping novice riders develop the skills to succeed in road and track racing.
2024
The New Bike & Sol Racing
In 2024, Bike & Sol Racing rebranded as TEAMBSR Trade Team, marking a year of growth and expansion. The team focused on promoting cycling in the U.S., improving rider resources, and recruiting talent at all levels.
In 2024, TEAMBSR welcomed 12 elite riders, 20 youth riders, 10 rookie riders, and a 10-rider stunt team. Strategic partnerships were also formed to support long-term success, including pathways to professional and Olympic competition.
Milestones:
• USA Cycling recognizes and provides grant to TEAMBSR for being an innovative team.
• TEAMBSR signed first international athlete to 2025 team.
• TEAMBSR recieves first major sponsor.
• TEAMBSR hits 50 riders for 2025 roster.
• TEAMBSR launches multiple initiatives to become America’s next premier cycling team.
• TEAMBSR expands team management to 12 individuals including 7 directors and 5 rider care staff.
